For over five years, NAEP has been implementing its proven methods and strategies from our GETS RESULTS  model  to target leader effectiveness through on-the-ground coaching and support.  

We work with leaders at all levels of education to transform and enhance the their leadership skills and professional behavior to optimize their position within the district or school. 

 

NAEP merges the unique and extensive educator experience of its practitioners with its own proven methodologies and service deliverables, founded on the work of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards’ Nine Accomplished Principal Standards. 


NAEP'S LEADERSHIP COACHING MODEL

NAEP’s Leadership Coaching is a job-embedded professional development model that engages in a systematic process to target and project manage success for the leaders, school, district, and other stakeholders. 

The support is grounded in day-to-day leadership practices and is designed to enhance leaders’ skills, efficiencies, and content-specific leadership practices with the intent of improving student learning.  

When possible, NAEP integrates the leadership practice support into the workday, which consists of supporting leaders’ efforts to assess and find solutions for real-time, pressing problems as part of a cycle of continuous improvement.

A critical benefit of such support is that it targets the style and needs of a specific leader and makes a direct connection between leading, learning, and application in daily practice, ensuring that leaders are involved in cooperative, inquiry-based work.

This leadership development style was born from a need-based evolution; a leader’s time is too valuable to simply sit in a presentation to “learn”. 

NAEP has discovered that leaders are more engaged and organizations receive a much greater return on investment and leader time when training and support come in the form of job-embedded guidance with a focus on current issues, as opposed to hypothetical circumstances of a less than probable tomorrow.
