Jeffrey Hernandez presents at Clark County School District
Participants in this session will engage in a guided analysis of critical leadership standards that have been identified and documented on a national level and will be provided detailed information on how to best implement them within their schools. School leaders will walk away with a road map that consists of on-the-ground, real-life experiences and strategies on how to effect change in a transformation school with urgency and fidelity. In addition, participants will discuss six leadership styles that are required within an effective Leadership Team to successfully transform a low-performing school into a high-performing educational institution. Lastly, session participants will hear about real-life transformational projects and stories that have led to higher student performance, not read about, but lived by a transformational leader and change agent with a proven track record.
