Onboarding Modules: We design a process that will make sure that a new teacher to your campus is ready and adequately trained and prepared to walk into their new classroom and teach the students.Â
Mathematical Knowledge Modules:Â We provide rigorous content to enhance the standards that your state teaches, we are fluent in CCSS, TN, GA and FL as we have either helped write these standards or have extensive training from the state in these standards or have been facilitators of these standards. This knowledge can be focused on some of these areas (this list is not exhaustive):
- why behind in the mathematics
- modeling for the sake of understanding (going well beyond a shortcut that does not transcend to word problems)
- engagement for students who don’t think that they are good at math
- understanding the nuances of verbiage that creates stumbling blocks for students as they go through the grade bands
- how and when to implement Student Structured Math Talks
- how to take your planning to the next level to maximum the class time to teach the standard
Literacy Knowledge Modules: We provide rigorous content to enhance the standards that your state teaches, we are fluent in CCSS, TN and FL as we have either helped write these standards or have extensive training from the state in these standards or have been facilitators of these standards. - engagement for students who don’t like to read or write
- how and when to implement Student Structured ELA Talks

Classroom Management Workshops: We help the teachers how to maximize the classroom learning through quality routines and procedures, proximity, de-escalation practices and engagement. We demonstrate different techniques to keep the students engaged and reengaged throughout the lesson for retention of the standards taught that are easily remembered and utilized for success. Â
